Chevrolet Performance’s ZZ632 pushes the legendary big-block to a whole new level of displacement and power. It’s their largest big-block ever, generating an astonishing 1,004 horsepower and 876 lb-ft of torque on standard 93-octane pump gas—making it their most powerful crate engine yet.
Built on a tall-deck Sportsman Bowtie block, the ZZ632 includes an all-forged roller assembly, a hydraulic roller camshaft, and high-flow spread-port cylinder heads inspired by Pro Stock racing. A precise EFI system fuels that massive output on pump gas, while the deluxe package arrives complete from the oil pan to the throttle body. You’ll also find a crank-trigger ignition system with coil-near-plug coils on a unique valley plate, a water pump, balancer, and an aluminum single-plane intake manifold. Finishing it off are the signature Chevy Orange valve covers emblazoned with the “632” logo.
